Tourism   is one of the fastest growing industry in the world. Peru's Machu Picchu is one of them. Machu Picchu was undiscovered before July 24,1911, American explorer, Hiram Bingham, visited the spot for the first time, since then he visited the spot regularly. Every coin has two side.  It is wrong to say that tourism has only negatively affected the Lost City of Inca-Machu Picchu. Travel and Tourism industry has played a significant role in improving the economy of Peru. According to CEIC report the annual income of Peru has increased considerably from 2395.84 million in 2008, to 3904.00 million in 2018. Not only this, the infrastructure of Machu Picchu has improved up to great extent as compared to the time it was discovered, most of this is related to tourism.- There was no rail network in Machu Picchu before 1930, but now railway has access to each and every part of Peru.
